Everything it does

One place for your team's AI coding

Monitoring, finance and control, from the same numbers.

Monitoring

Sessions, limits and computers
  • Live sessions

Every Claude Code and Codex session as it runs: who, which project, on which computer, and, where your policy allows, its title and conversation.

  • Analytics

Tokens, sessions, prompts and lines of code by person, project and model, and what they would have cost at API prices.

  • Limits

Every account's session and weekly limits, who is about to run out, and when capacity comes back.

  • The fleet

Each computer's app version, the accounts its CLIs sign in with, company or personal, and whether it keeps to your policy.

  • Alerts and a weekly digestTeam and up

Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook when a limit runs out, spend jumps or a computer falls behind, and a summary every Monday.

  • Remote sessions

Start or continue a Claude Code or Codex session on a teammate's computer from the browser, once they turn it on, as far as your policy allows: read only, edits or full.

  • Deployed by your IT

Installers for Intune, Jamf or Group Policy, and a managed configuration: each computer connects to your organization when its person signs in, and stays connected.

  • An APIBusiness and up

Members, usage, spend and the audit log in your own warehouse, dashboards or SIEM, with tokens that read only what they are given.

FinanceBusiness and up

Spend, budgets and savings
  • Every cost in one place

Claude and ChatGPT seats at the rates you pay, and what Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor and GitHub bill through their admin APIs, by person, group, project, model and provider.

  • Budgets and forecasts

A monthly budget for the company, a group, a person or a project, with alerts at the shares you choose and where the month will end.

  • Chargeback and month close

Each cost center's share to the cent, as a CSV. A closed month stays as it stood, whatever changes later.

  • Right-sized accounts

Cancel seats nobody uses, move people to a smaller plan where it covers their use and to a bigger one where they keep running out, and replace personal accounts used for work.

Security and control

Sharing, sign-in and the audit log
  • You decide what is shared

Each organization chooses what its computers share: numbers only, session titles, or conversations too, with the code they show. New organizations start with numbers only.

  • Encrypted at rest

Sign-in tokens, what computers report, conversations and policies are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, under a key kept outside the database that can be rotated.

  • Single sign-on and SCIMEnterprise

Sign in through your identity provider with SAML or OpenID Connect, and add and remove people from Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace.

  • Two-factor and company sign-in

Authenticator-app codes and Google or Microsoft sign-in for everyone; on Business, require them and cap how long sign-ins last.

  • An audit logBusiness and up

Who did what and when, every read of a conversation or prompt included, streamed to your SIEM on Enterprise.

  • Roles that fit

Owners, admins and members, and billing and viewer roles that take no seat, for the people who pay or only look.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

  1. 1

    Create your team

Start 14 days of Business and invite people by email, no card needed.

  2. 2

    Connect your bills and computers

Admin keys bring in the last 30 days of what Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor and GitHub bill, with nothing to install. The desktop app adds sessions and limits.

  3. 3

Set the rules, read the numbers

Choose what computers share; the numbers fill in as bills sync and computers check in.

Security

Numbers by default. The rest only if you allow it.

Computers share usage numbers unless your policy and their owners allow more, and everything kept is encrypted.

How it adds up
  • Everyone on the plans you picked, at the monthly list prices in US dollars. Team seats are often priced by contract; once you set your rates, Finance uses them.
  • Usage billed by the token, on the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, comes on top; connectors bring it into Finance.
  • A plan down is the next one on the same ladder: Claude Max 20x, Max 5x, Pro; ChatGPT Pro, Plus. Finance suggests it where it would have had room for someone's busiest weeks.
  • Our plans count everyone who takes a seat, here everyone on the plans you picked. Billing and viewer roles are free, people who only appear on providers' bills take no seat, and a year costs ten months. Tax is added where it applies.

Questions

How is this different from Claude's and OpenAI's own dashboards?

Each shows its own tool, for the accounts on its company plan. Tokaware puts Claude Code and Codex side by side, with Cursor and GitHub Copilot from their bills, the personal accounts people use for work, every account's limits, and spend by person, team, project and cost center, with budgets and chargeback. What each dashboard shows.

What does it collect from developers' computers?

Numbers, unless you decide otherwise: tokens by project, model and day; how many prompts, edits, lines and commands; sessions and their times. No code. Session titles, and conversations with the code they show, only where the organization's policy and the developer allow it. All of it, in detail.

Do developers choose what their computer shares?

Within your policy, yes. The policy sets the most any computer shares, and conversations and remote sessions also need the developer's own yes, in the app on their computer. The app shows each person what their computer shares and which policy set it, and on Business every read of a conversation or prompt goes in the audit log.

Do developers have to install anything?

For sessions, projects and limits, the desktop app, on Windows, macOS or Linux: each person connects their own computer, or your device management installs it for everyone and connects each computer to your organization when its person signs in. It also shows each developer their own limits and switches the account Claude Code and Codex use. On Business and up, Claude Code's and Codex's own telemetry, pushed by your device management, counts usage without it.

Can finance start before anyone installs anything?

Yes. On Business, an admin key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor or GitHub brings in the last 30 days of what they bill, then updates every hour, with nothing to install. The key is kept encrypted and used only to read costs, usage and seats; remove it at any time. Suggestions for seats need each account's limits, from the desktop app or accounts people link.

How do costs reach our cost centers?

Each group has a cost center, and its people's costs go to it. A billed cost goes to the person the provider names, or else to the group or person you map its API key, project or workspace to; what reaches nobody shows as unallocated. Budgets send alerts at the shares you choose and when the month is on course to pass them; they do not stop anyone working. Chargeback comes as a CSV per cost center, in US dollars.

Which tools and plans does it cover?

Claude Code and Codex, used with Claude (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) or ChatGPT (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise) accounts, and the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. Cursor and GitHub Copilot too, through their APIs: each person's use and what they bill, for Cursor Enterprise teams and for GitHub organizations with Copilot Business or Enterprise.

How does the trial work?

Every new team gets 14 days of Business, no card needed. If you have not chosen a plan by then, the team moves to Free: nobody is removed, and paid features lock.

What do we pay for?

A seat for each owner, admin and member: $5 a month on Team, $12 on Business, and a year costs ten months. Billing and viewer roles are free, and people who only appear on providers' bills take no seat. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, sends the invoices; Enterprise is invoiced by contract.

Can we run it on our own servers?

Yes, with an Enterprise license: one container image, your database, nothing sent to us (how it runs). Tell us about your team.

Claude Code for teams, explained

Free for you

Every limit, at a glance

Add your Claude and ChatGPT accounts and see what is left in each.

  • Every limit, every account

The 5-hour session, the weekly limit and the per-model limits, for each Claude and ChatGPT account you add.

  • Which account to use next

It ranks your accounts by what is left and counts down to each reset.

  • A head start on the 5-hour window

The desktop app can say hello on a schedule. A hello at 8 opens the window, so heavy work from 10 gets its reset at 1, not 3.

  • The desktop app does more

It switches the account Claude Code and Codex use, tells you when a limit comes back and, signed in, keeps your own tokens and sessions for 30 days.

Questions

Where do my accounts go?

Without signing in, they stay in this browser: the website passes each request on to the usage endpoint Claude Code or Codex itself reads, and keeps nothing. Sign in to have them on every device, encrypted on our side and never sent back to the browser.

How do I add one?

Sign in with Claude's or OpenAI's own login, or paste the token Claude Code or Codex already saved on your computer. It reads the account's limits and email, nothing else, and sends no message, so it uses none of your limits and starts no window.

Which plans does it read?

Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise, and ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise: the limits Claude and OpenAI report for each account, the same numbers the CLIs show.

Does it tell me when a limit is back?

Yes, and when one passes 90% or runs out: in the browser while the dashboard is open, once you allow notifications, and from the desktop app's tray with its window closed.

What does the desktop app do on my computer?

It switches the account Claude Code and Codex are logged in with, and can say hello on a schedule so a 5-hour window starts before you need it. Without signing in, it keeps everything on your computer and talks to Claude and OpenAI directly. It shares nothing with a team unless you connect this computer to one. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Why is it free?

Companies pay for the team console. For one person, the dashboard and the desktop app are free.
