Services you connect
When you link a Claude or ChatGPT account, the service reads its usage from Anthropic or OpenAI with it. They are not our subprocessors: you direct us to reach your own accounts there, under your agreements with them.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft is the same: they confirm who you are under your own account with them, and send us that account's id and email. An organization's own identity provider, which its single sign-on reaches through WorkOS, is the organization's.
The same goes for an organization's connectors: with the key it gives, the service reads its own organization's costs, usage and seats from Anthropic (the Claude Console or Claude Enterprise), OpenAI (its API platform or ChatGPT Enterprise), Cursor (its Enterprise team) or GitHub (its organization's Copilot), under the organization's agreement with them.
