Questions and answers
- Who takes a seat?
- Everyone in the organization with the owner, admin or member role. The billing and viewer roles, for people who look after the subscription or only look, take no seat. Free has room for 3; on Team and Business you buy as many seats as you need.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Every new team gets 14 days of Business, without a card. If you have not chosen a plan by then, the team moves to Free: nobody is removed, paid features lock, and new people who take a seat can join while there is room on Free.
- Can I change seats or plans later?
- Yes, at any time, in the team's Settings, Billing. Adding seats or moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period; removing seats or moving down credits it toward later payments.
- How do yearly plans work?
- A year costs ten months, paid at the start. It renews each year until cancelled, and a yearly plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of its first payment.
- Who handles payments and tax?
- Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: it takes cards and other payment methods, adds the sales tax or VAT where you are, and sends the invoices, which you can also download from its customer portal.
- What if a payment fails?
- Everything keeps working for 7 days while the payment is retried. After that, paid features become read-only until it goes through; nothing is deleted.
- Is the limits dashboard free?
- Yes. Tracking the limits of your own Claude and ChatGPT accounts, on the website or in the desktop app, stays free for everyone. Plans are for teams.
- What do the features marked soon mean?
- They are part of the plan and being built now. A plan's price does not change when they arrive.
